Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be over 110 firearms, offering a wide variety of gun types, including rifles (bolt-action, semi-automatic, pump, level-action, and black powder, including 12 Military Mauser type rifles); shotguns (pump-action, semi-automatic, single and double barrel, and over-under models); pistols/revolvers (semi-automatic pistols, revolvers in various calibers, and black powder revolvers); rifle scopes (Tasco, Bushnell, Redfield, Leupold, Nikon, etc.); various holsters and soft shell gun cases; reloading dies; ammo; bayonets; and other miscellaneous items.
GUN INSPECTION: Long guns and handguns will be available for viewing at Hwy 60 Pawn located at 205 Old Hwy 60, Hardinsburg, KY 40143, starting Monday, November 24th, 2025 and ending December 2nd, 2025. Hwy 60 Pawn hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM CDT. There will be no inspection on ammunition, knives, or firearm supplies. PAYMENT AND PICKUP: By appointment only for winning bidders at Barr Realty & Auction Co. Inc. at 1111 Old Highway 60, Hardinsburg, KY 40143 on December 4th, 5th, and 8th, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CDT. Guns can be picked up at Hwy 60 Pawn, 205 Old Hwy 60, Hardinsburg, KY 40143 after payment in full to Barr Realty & Auction Co., Inc. with paid receipt. Hwy 60 Pawn hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT, and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM CDT. All purchasers must be able to pass a FFL background check prior to taking possession of firearms. The cost of background checks will be as follows: First gun with CDW permit $25, no CDW permit $35, and $10 per gun after first gun. Handgun and handgun ammunition buyers must be 21 years of age and a resident of Kentucky. Long gun and long gun ammunition buyers must be 18 years of age, and any out of state long gun buyer must pick up in person. All guns must be picked up by the actual buyer listed on the invoice. Buyers must have a current, NON-EXPIRED driver’s license or ID. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PERSONAL PROPERTY: Payment in full and possession given day of item pickup, with the exception of any titled automobiles/boats/trailers after being transferred at the courthouse with proof of transfer supplied to auctioneers. GUNS: All guns will be sold by all ATF rules and regulations. All handgun and handgun ammunition buyers will be required to be 21 years of age and a Kentucky resident. All long gun and long gunbuyers will be required to be 18 years of age and any out of state buyers of long guns must pick up in person on item pickup date. All guns must be picked up by the actual gun buyer. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or good checks. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. No items will be shipped, no exceptions. Other online bidding terms apply. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. SALES TAX: A 6% KY sales tax will be charged on the final selling price on all taxable items.
