AUCTION LOTS ARE LOCATED AT:
- All items in this auction are located at 615 E. Cranston Road • Beloit, WI
IN-PERSON PREVIEWS:
- Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026 (the day of the auction), from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
AUCTION END DATE:
- Online bidding starts to close Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7:07 PM.
PAYMENT:
16% buyer’s fee plus applicable sales tax.
A 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card payments. Credit/debit card payments are limited to a maximum of $800. All invoices over $800 must be paid by cash or wire transfer.
Invoices containing $300 or more in gold, silver, coins, currency, watches, jewelry, marine, powersports, trailers, or motorized vehicles must be paid by cash or wire transfer regardless of invoice total.
Beloit Auction reserves the right to require cash or wire transfer on any invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit. No checks accepted.
Payments may be completed online through the payment link provided with your emailed invoice or in person at your scheduled pickup time.
AUCTION PICKUP / REMOVAL:
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY SATURDAY AT 12:00 PM.
A $35 disposal/handling fee (plus tax) will automatically be charged to the buyer’s card on file for items not picked up by the Saturday noon deadline, including unpaid or unclaimed items. Due to the volume of merchandise handled at our facility, late pickups require additional staff time, handling, storage space, and coordination.
ITEMS NOT REMOVED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY BETWEEN 10:00 AM AND 3:00 PM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. ALL OWNERSHIP RIGHTS WILL BE FORFEITED, AND ITEMS MAY BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD AT AUCTIONEER’S DISCRETION.
