PAY & PICKUP: By appointment only for winning bidders Saturday, Oct. 10th from 10:00 AM EDT to 1:00 PM EDT at 879 Hillcrest Drive, Brandenburg, KY 40108. Payment in full is due at pick up. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check only. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. No items will be shipped, no exceptions.
GUN PAYMENT & PICKUP: By appointment only for winning bidders at 879 Hillcrest Drive, Brandenburg, KY Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM EDT to 4:00 PM EDT. After payment in full, buyers will take their paid receipt to Brandenburg Guns to pick up their item at 636 Bypass Rd., Brandenburg, KY 40108. Brandenburg Guns hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM EDT to 6:30 PM EDT. All purchasers must be able to pass a FFL background check prior to taking possession of firearms. The cost of background checks will be as follows: First gun $30, $20 for the second gun and $15 per gun thereafter. Handgun and handgun ammunition buyers must be 21 years of age and a resident of Kentucky. Long gun and long gun ammunition buyers must be 18 years of age, and any out of state long gun buyer must pick up in person. All guns must be picked up by the actual buyer listed on the invoice. Buyers must have a current, NON-EXPIRED driver’s license or ID. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PERSONAL PROPERTY: Payment in full and possession given day of item pickup, with the exception of any titled automobiles/boats/trailers after being transferred at the courthouse with proof of transfer supplied to auctioneers. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. SALES TAX: A 6% KY sales tax will be charged on the final selling price on all taxable items. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All property sold as is where is condition with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
