FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed and transferred from a Kansas FFL Dealer, Powder & String Outfitters, 110 N Washington, Wellington, Kansas. Please call 620.326.7397 to confirm hours of operation. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms).
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) of the buyer's choosing. FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you), and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer, including any required background checks; the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. An adult signature will be required for any firearm shipped. Please contact Powder & String Outfitters, 620.326.7397 to facilitate the transfer.
